SIL 2 Certification for United Electric 100 Series and 120 Series Standard Models

Having reached another significant milestone for their electromechanical products, ABLE are happy to announce that United Electric, our long standing partner for temperature & pressure products, has obtained SIL 2 certification for two of their primary product lines, the general purpose 100 Series and the explosion proof 120 Series.

This certification was awarded by global safety certification leader exida and covers all standard models of the 100 Series and 120 Series pressure, vacuum, differential pressure and temperature switches.

Combined with the award-winning SIL 2 certified One Series Safety Transmitter, ABLE now offers the process instrumentation market a broad range of options for high-reliability electromechanical or digital switching in general or hazardous area safety applications.
